Membership to Badminton Central Coast means you have association affiliation with:

1. Hunter Badminton
2. Badminton NSW
3. Badminton Australia
4. and therefore part of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) international community.

Affiliation provides our club with:

1. Support through development of the club from Badminton NSW
2. $20 million Public Liability Insurance cover
3. $10 million Professional Indemnity Insurance (covering our coaches & volunteers)
4. Directors & Officers Insurance  (covering Board members)
5. Club level - Technical & Coaching communication and support 

Affiliation also provides the individual member with Personal Injury Insurance (Australia wide).
The insurance provider is Sportscover Australia Pty Ltd, an underwriting agency of the Sportcover’s Lloyd’s of London insurance syndicate.
 
At a club level the benefits include:

• Member of Incorporated Club providing legal protection through NSW Fair Trade legislation
• Voting rights at Annual General Meetings (must be over 18yrs)
• Discounted social session playing fees:
  • Paying only $8 instead of $12 for social sessions that include new shuttles 
• Access to members only club competitions
• A strong development focus for badminton on Central Coast including:
  • Lobbying and actively seeking access to suitable court facilities
  • Development of juniors through school coaching and competitions
  • Increased access times for social play, competitive practice and competition.

Badminton Central Coast is investing in badminton on the Central Coast. Your fees will be used to develop the sport in this region.
