Social Competition - Jun/Jul 2021
Badminton Central Coast is excited to announce another social badminton competition. As with previous comps, it will run over 4 nights:

Finals Wednesday 28/07/2021
The games will be played at Henry Kendall High School, commencing at 7.15 pm.
Please note that there will still be 1 or 2 courts available for normal social games.
This is a beginner friendly social competition and is only open to our club’s registered members. Everyone is encouraged to participate. Your games will be played against players of similar level. We hope to have 20 players in 4 teams of 5, plus some reserves. Minimum 16 players required.
Players of all skill levels welcome. The format will be based on the previous social competition which has been successful in providing fun and a competitive element of play for a broad range of skill levels:
Entry fee: $35 (includes your normal playing fees over the 4 days)
Registration closes Wednesday June 31.
The registration sheet can be found on the sign in desk at the hall.

- 3 weeks round robin format finishing with a Grand Final on week 4
- 4 teams of 5 players per team (mixed). Teams will be assigned by the committee
- Players are graded and will compete against opponents of similar skill level
- Each round, every player plays 8 sets of doubles match ups
- Prizes to be won
